Permits & Authorizations
Construction licenses, land use, environmental impact, utility connections, and coordination with every relevant authority.
Engineering & Design
Architectural project, structural and MEP engineering, special engineering as needed, full budget and program.
Construction
Site preparation, structure and foundation, installations, finishes and interiors — under continuous quality control.
Closeout & Handover
Supervision walkthrough, punch list, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and formal delivery to the owner.
Aftercare & Warranties
Resolution of observations, latent-defect warranties, follow-up visits, and ongoing support to the owner after delivery.
